Workout for strengthen my core?

Hi, I’m wondering if you could help me out. What kind of workout would you recommend to strengthen my core. I weight lift regularly, 3 times a week, 2 muscles a day. Is it safe to do core excercises everyday? I’m a basketball player and I’m very determained to make the team, and want to be in top shape. thank you 🙂

ODGOVOR:
It is ok to perform exercise for core everyday. Exercises for strengthing your core can be various; from planks to exercise with weights like overhead squat. Dead lift is also exercise for your core. Because you can’t do exercise like dead lift, snatch etc. Every day, you can do exercise like planks, crunches, back exstensions i their variations every day.
