What is better for friday training?

i do normal deadlift on Tuesday with heavy weight for 5 set 3-5 reps. then rack pulls on Friday. what is better for the Friday training, rack pulls, good mornings, power cleans or speed deadlift.

I would recomend power cleans (if you have good tecnique) and good morning.
